Chen’s Panda Chinese Restaurant: A Delightful Experience in Authentic Chinese Cuisine

We came here for dinner on a slow night. Really good food (cook to order), service was fast and friendly. Stand out for us was the Moo Shu Pork (smoky flavor which was excellent and you control the sauce). The other one that stood out was Sweet and Sour Pork. Sauce was just right, all vegetables were crunchy and not overcooked, crunchy pork even with sauce. My only criticism is the rice - each order came with ½ cup rice - which was not enough and was also hard.

This is one of the better Chinese restaurants we've tried in Anaheim Hills/North Tustin area. Friendly service with tasty dishes. Ordered Hot & Sour soup, Pan-fried Dumplings, King Pao San Yan (3 kinds of meat: beef, chicken & shrimp), House Special Pan-fried Seafood Noodles and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. Everything was tasty. Brought our dad here for an early Father's Day lunch. Dad was sad when his go to Chinese restaurant in Anaheim Hills closed down several years. He was really happy when I found this restaurant only 5 mi from his home.

First time here and we had the chinese chicken salad and sauteed chicken on spinach. Both Delicious! Loved the way the hot sake was presented and enjoyed the tea too. Plus, friendly, warm, and effecient service.

The restaurant is small, but cozy. Mom and pop type of atmosphere. Sat myself, but it was busy since it was their lunch rush and they only had two workers. I tried the basil eggplant lunch special it came with soup, salad, rice, and an egg roll. Good deals and fast service.

The food was super delicious, but the dinner portion size is huge!! If you have a party of 3 only order dinner size for 2. There is so much food. Everything was awesome. One of the better Chinese sit down restaurants.

Super good food and cute place. Staff was very friendly. I got the wok meal and heard them prepping everything in the back, would definitely come back!

This place is amazing! Words can't describe alone the service you get overall. From the extremely friendly staff to the great quality food that you get. Another great thing about this area is you usually will never have to fight for parking! From the moment my family and I entered, we were greeted right away and immediately sat down. Our orders were taken and the food came out within minutes. They also ensured to check on our table from time to time, but at around 5:30-6PM, they began to get busier and the restaurant started to get packed (even their to-go were busy.) But they never stopped checking on the tables that were already eating as they seated new guests. Now to the food. We ordered Aromatic Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Basil Chicken, Crispy Wontons, sides of rice and Pot Stickers. Everything was very flavorful and the rice/chicken was almost perfectly made/moist. The Honey Walnut Shrimp here is probably the best I have ever had from anywhere (and their best seller). I highly recommend trying at least this if you come. Crispy Wonton and Pot stickers will speak for themselves because they were definitely crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. The Aromatic Chicken and Basil Chicken were perfectly seasoned. As a result, I was not dissatisfied one bit, and would absolutely recommend you try this restaurant at least once. I'm sure you'll want to come back for more!

We've been coming here more than 20 years, almost since they opened. Some of the best Chinese food in OC, and I've gotten to know Daniel quite well. It's fairly small, but either dine-in or takeout, its worth a visit. Everything we've ever tried had been good.
